The journey begins for Gertrude 1 at this years Farm Fest. The striking new art car creation from acclaimed French artist Alan Reullier. Reimagining a classic 1969 MGB Roadster through his instantly recognisable graphic design style, Gertrude 1 is a bold fusion of automotive heritage and contemporary art, transforming an iconic British sports car into a moving piece of sculpture.
Following its official unveiling at Silverstone Circuit earlier this year, Gertrude 1 now begins its UK tour with a special appearance at Farm Fest. Visitors will have the rare opportunity to experience the car up close before it continues its journey across the country, celebrating classic motoring, creativity, and craftsmanship along the way.
Alongside Gertrude 1, a curated selection of Alan Reullier’s celebrated works will also be on display, including heritage prints and canvases from the acclaimed Transmission Collection. A number of pieces, including new works, will be available to purchase during the event, giving collectors and enthusiasts the chance to own part of Alan’s evolving artistic story.
Alan also has a Limited Edition Poster of Gertrude 1, which will be signed by the artist himself and can be purchased at the event.
Blending vibrant design with automotive passion, Alan Reullier’s work captures the emotion, movement, and spirit of classic motoring in a way that is both nostalgic and unmistakably modern. Gertrude 1 stands as one of his most ambitious projects to date, a rolling canvas that continues to turn heads wherever it appears.
The next stop for Gertrude 1 will be Beaulieu later this year, as the remarkable art car continues its UK tour.
